What does the four-day workweek mean for our customers?
At comundo we all work a four-day workweek (Monday to Thursday). There are a few reasons for this, the primary one being that we believe it has a positive impact on our team, and, as a knock-on effect of that, a positive impact on the service we can provide to our customers and the company as a whole.
But what does that mean for you, our customer, if you need help on a Friday?
What if something goes wrong on the platform?
Don’t worry – chances are we’ll know before you do. We have a system all set up (and always have done) to catch any significant issues immediately. Our team will be notified no matter what day of the week and what time of day it is.
What if I need to contact you about something else?
Feel free to write us an email, send us a message via the chatbot, or leave a voice message and we’ll get back to you first thing on Monday morning.
What if there’s something else urgent?
If all else fails and the matter really can’t wait until Monday, our phone numbers are in our emails. If we don’t answer, leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. It’s important to remember that we might be travelling, or with family, so it might take a short while until we get back to you, but get back to you we will.
